This week: The 90/90 Hip Stretch

Sit on the floor with both knees bent at 90-degree angles — one in front, one to the side. Sit tall, breathe, and hold for 60 seconds per side.

Why it matters: Hip tightness is one of the most common causes of lower back and knee pain. This stretch gently opens the hip joint without any strain — perfect if you're dealing with stiffness, a replacement, or just a desk-heavy lifestyle.
